This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Shipping Scope

We deliver within:

• Belgium
• European Union
• United Kingdom
• Switzerland

Deliveries to other destinations may be arranged upon prior written agreement.

Delivery Terms – Incoterm DAP

All deliveries are made under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place), as defined by the International Chamber of Commerce.

Brasil Direto SNC organizes and pays for transportation to the agreed delivery location.

Risk transfers to the Customer at the moment the goods are made available at the agreed destination, prior to unloading.

Unloading is under the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a binding commitment.

Delays may occur due to logistical constraints, carrier issues, administrative checks or force majeure events.

Delivery delays shall not give rise to cancellation, compensation or penalties.

Transport Conditions

Where temperature-controlled transport is required, appropriate logistics solutions are used.

Upon delivery, the Customer is responsible for:

• Immediate inspection of the goods
• Proper unloading
• Compliance with cold chain requirements
• Adequate storage conditions

Failure to comply may void any claim.

Customs – UK and Switzerland

For shipments to the United Kingdom or Switzerland:

• Import formalities
• Customs duties
• Local taxes
• Regulatory compliance requirements

are the sole responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Brasil Direto SNC shall not be liable for customs delays, inspections or administrative restrictions beyond its control.

Inspection Upon Delivery

The Customer must inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

Any visible damage, shortage or non-conformity must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the Customer (absence, refusal, incorrect address, lack of unloading capacity), additional transport and storage costs may be charged.

Risk remains transferred once goods are made available at the delivery location.

Force Majeure

Brasil Direto SNC shall not be held liable for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruptions, health crises, administrative restrictions or severe weather conditions.
