Returns policy
Brasil Direto SNC operates strictly on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. All products are sold exclusively to professional customers acting within the scope of their commercial activity.
No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Belgian and European legislation, the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply to B2B transactions.
As a result, no automatic right of cancellation, withdrawal or return exists once an order has been confirmed.
Orders are firm, final and binding upon confirmation.
Returns Subject to Prior Written Approval
Returns are only possible if explicitly and exceptionally authorized in advance by Brasil Direto SNC.
Any return request must be submitted in writing to:
The request must include:
• Order reference number
• Product details
• Quantity concerned
• Reason for the request
• Photographic evidence if applicable
No return will be accepted without prior written approval from Brasil Direto SNC.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the Customer’s expense.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
If a return is exceptionally approved:
• The products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging
• Products must be in perfect resale condition
• Cold chain must have been strictly respected where applicable
• The return must take place within the deadline indicated in the written approval
Transport costs for returns are at the Customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Returnable Products
For food safety and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they present a proven defect confirmed in writing by Brasil Direto SNC:
• Perishable goods
• Products with a use-by date (DLC)
• Products with a best-before date (DDM)
• Opened or damaged goods
• Products stored improperly
Claims for Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods
Any claim relating to quantity, visible damage or apparent non-conformity must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to do so shall result in the goods being deemed definitively accepted.
In case of validated non-conformity, Brasil Direto SNC may, at its sole discretion:
• Replace the goods
• Issue a credit note
• Refund the net purchase value
No additional compensation shall be granted.
Final Provision
Approval of a return by Brasil Direto SNC does not constitute recognition of liability and remains strictly exceptional.
All return decisions are at the sole discretion of Brasil Direto SNC.
